The cornerstone of the cuisine is the custom built Parilla grill, with the Brasero (fire box) designed to burn natural timbers, infusing each grilled dish with unique and distinctive flavours.

Eastside Bar & Grill can be booked for private or corporate functions with a capacity from 2-90 people.
There is no venue hire fee but there is a minimum spend.
