A world of DJing experience

Ashley entered the world of DJing around the year 2000 and almost overnight became a regular fixture in Canberra's exploding lounge and nightclub scene. His professional manner earned him the title in the press of 'the gentleman of disco' - he proudly uses that to this day.

His gift for building emotional sets for any occasion and connecting with the audience was spotted by major promoters who booked him to support the likes of international acts such as Sasha, Axwell, Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, Kaskade, LTJ Bukem, Cut Copy, Flume, PNAU and the Hed Kandi, One Love and Ministry of Sound tours. All this activity, plus his performances at the national Spilt Milk, Groovin The Moo, Foreshore and Warehouse festivals as well as the Summer Rhythm festivals in New York landed Ashley the top 3rd ACT DJ in the InTheMix Top 50 polls. 

During that time Ashley also became the Music Director for Fashfest, Canberra's largest annual fashion show, and has delivered three annual shows featuring a line-up of over 20 artists under his event vision. Since then, he has played at and delivered countless major events.

He continues to produce and share his passion for soulful, energetic and engaging dance music through many weekly residencies in Canberra lounge and bar venues. It's a given that he always will.
